防水砂浆施工工艺
Waterproof Mortar Construction Technology
金属瓦楞板屋面基层（Corrugated Metal Roof Base）
1、配制防水砂浆（Prepare waterproof mortar）
防水砂浆：水参考比例为10kg：2.273kg，并参入0.5%的108胶，具体使用时需根据施工环境及温度适当调整配比。采用电动工具搅拌3-5分钟，确保搅拌均匀。
Waterproof mortar: water reference ratio of 10kg: 2.273kg, and add 0.5% 108 glue, the specific use should be adjusted according to the construction environment and temperature. Use power tools to stir for 3-5 minutes to ensure smooth mixing.
2、无纺布粘贴基层（Non-woven paste base）
在凸起的几字形瓦楞上粘贴无纺布，使用已配制好的防水砂浆粘贴。
Paste non-woven fabric on the raised zigzag corrugated, then paste prepared waterproof mortar on it.
3、喷涂防水砂浆（Spray waterproof mortar）
待粘贴的土工布干燥后，用喷真石漆的施工方法满喷2遍。总体喷涂厚度0.8-1.0mm。综合用量，每平米使用防水砂浆约3.2Kg。
After the geotextile to be pasted is dry, spray it twice with the construction method of real stone paint. Overall coating thickness 0.8-1.0mm. The comprehensive dosage is about 3.2Kg of waterproof mortar per square meter.
4、养护（Maintenance）
待表面干燥后洒水或喷水养护，始终保持表面湿润，时间间隔2-3小时，持续养护3天。
After the surface is dry, spray water or water maintenance every 2-3 hours, always keep the surface wet, continuous maintenance for 3 days.
混凝土屋面基层（Concrete Roof Base）
1、基层清理（Grassroots cleaning）
将垃圾等杂物清理干净，确保无积水、油渍及浮尘。Clean up garbage and other debris to ensure that there is no water, oil stains or floating dust.
2、洒水润湿（Wet surface with water）
洒水或喷水润湿混凝土屋面基层，防止吸收面层砂浆中水分。标准为：保持表面湿润，无积水。
Wet the concrete roof base by spraying or spraying water to prevent the absorption of moisture in the mortar of the surface layer. The qualification criteria are: keep the surface moist but no standing water .
3、配制防水砂浆（Prepare waterproof mortar）
防水砂浆：水参考比例为：10kg：2.727kg，具体使用时需根据施工环境及温度适当调整配比。采用电动工具搅拌3-5分钟，确保搅拌均匀。
Waterproof mortar: water reference ratio is: 10kg: 2.727kg, the specific use should be appropriate to adjust the ratio according to the construction environment and temperature. Use electric tools to stir for 3-5 minutes to ensure smooth mixing.
4、分两遍进行刮涂（Scrape and paint in two times）
第一遍刮涂0.8mm-1.0mm厚。第二遍刮涂0.5-0.8mm厚，且在第一遍表面干燥之前施工。综合用量，每平米使用防水砂浆约2.5-2.8Kg。
The first brush is 0.8mm-1.0mm thick. The second brush is 0.5-0.8mm thick, second brush should apply before the first surface is dry. The comprehensive dosage, the use of waterproof mortar per square meter is about 2.5-2.8Kg.
5、养护（Maintenance）
待表面干燥后洒水或喷水养护，始终保持表面湿润，时间间隔2-3小时，持续养护3天。
After the surface is dry, spray water or water maintenance every 2-3 hours, always keep the surface wet, continuous maintenance for 3 days.
保水剂使用工艺
Water Retention Agent Construction Technology
1.平整土地（Land leveling）
种树：根据苗木大小确定树坑大小及深度；
Planting: Determine the size and depth of the pit according to the size of the seedling.
2.拌合（Mix）
将种子与保水剂均匀拌合。
Mix the seeds and water retention agent evenly.
3.播撒（Seeding）
种树：每个树坑用20g-200g保水剂，根据树木大小确定用量，与土（沙）均匀拌合后填入树坑；
种植牧草、蔬菜等作物：参考用量15kg-50kg/亩，根据具体种植作物确定。将保水剂与种子拌合均匀后，撒入土壤（沙）地中，表面浅覆土（沙）。
播撒完毕后，洒水灌溉至饱和状态。
