欧盟对中国移动式升降作业平台发起反补贴调查

2024 年 3 月 27 日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应Coalitiontorestore a level playing field in the EU Mobile AccessEquipmentSector 于 2024 年 2 月 13 日提出的申请，欧盟委员会对原产于中国的移动式升降作业平台（Mobile Access Equipment）发起反补贴调查。涉案产品的欧盟 CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为ex 84271010、ex 8427 2019、ex 8428 9090 以及 ex 8431 2000 和ex 84313900项下的产品（TARIC 编码为 8427 1010 10、8427 20 1910、8428909020、8431 2000 60 和 8431 3900 10）。
