2025 年 3 月 21 日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定外 国 制 造 的 半 导 体 器 件 及 其 下 游产品和组件（CertainForeign-Fabricated Semiconductor Devices, Products Containingthe Same, and Components Thereof）启动337 调查（调查编码：337-TA-1443）。中国、美国共 8 家企业为列名被告。
