2025 年 4 月 22 日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定智能穿戴设备、系统及其组件（Certain Smart WearableDevices, Systems, and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1398）作出 337 最终初裁（FID）和建议救济措施，即如果本案存在侵权，对经由列名被告中国广东 Shenzhen Ninenovo Technology Limited.、英国 Ultrahuman Healthcare Ltd. of London, United Kingdom、印度 Ultrahuman Healthcare Pvt. Ltd of Bengaluru, India、美国 RingConn LLC of Wilmington, DE、阿联酋Ultrahuman HealthcareSP LLC of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates 对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的涉案产品发布有限排除令和禁止令，并就建议救济措施向公众和利益相关的政府机构征求意见，书面材料不晚于5 月22日提交。中国、美国、英国、法国、印度、阿联酋共6 家企业为列名被告。
