2025 年 11 月 7 日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧盟行业组织theEuropean Thermal Paper Association 于2025 年9 月24 日提出的申请，对原产于中国的低克重热敏纸（Lightweight Thermal Paper）发起反补贴调查。涉案产品的欧盟 CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为 ex 4809 9000、ex 4811 9000、ex 4816 9000 和ex 48239085（欧盟 TARIC 编码为 4809 900010、4811 900010、4816 900010和4823 908520）。
