10月27日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定工业自动化系统及组件（certain industrial automation systems andcomponents thereof including control systems, controllers, visualization hardware,motion and motor control systems, networking equipment, safety devices, andpower supplies，案件号337-TA-1074）作出337调查部分终裁：发布更正后的普遍排除令。因为当初发布普遍排除令时未遵守一项规定，该规定为要求申请方每年向ITC提交书面证明，证明所主张的商标没有被放弃、取消、失效、无法执行，并且仍在美国商业活动中使用，同时申请方仍然满足国内产业需求。
