11月12日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定视频处理设备及其组件和数字智能电视及其下游产品（Certain Video Processing Devices, ComponentsThereof, and Digital Smart Televisions Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1222）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2020年10月27日作出的初裁（No. 3）不予复审，即为本案设定17.5个月的调查期，预计2022年4月4日结束本案调查。
