6月28日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定半导体设备及其下游产品（Certain Semiconductor Devices, and Methods of Manufacturing Same and Products Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1366）。美国、中国共2家企业为列名被告。
